叠层轮胎隔震垫竖向力学性能试验研究 被引量:7

摘要 对3种常用轮胎型号的四季胎和雪地胎叠层轮胎隔震垫(STP)进行竖向力学性能试验。研究宽度、长度及轮胎类型对其竖向极限强度、竖向压缩刚度以及竖向变形性能的影响。研究结果表明:轮胎类型对STP竖向极限强度影响较小,相同尺寸下雪地胎较四季胎的竖向极限强度分布较为集中,相对稳定。竖向压缩刚度随STP宽度和长度的增加而增加,同一尺寸下四季胎STP的竖向压缩刚度比雪地胎STP高出5%左右。两种轮胎类型STP的竖向变形性能均小于3%,具有良好的变形性能。 The vertical mechanical experiments of scrap tire pads( STP) made of three common tire types of all season tire and snow tire were conducted.The effects of width,length and types of tire on the vertical ultimate strength,the vertical compressive stiffness and the vertical deformation performance were studied. The results show that the tire type has less influence on the vertical ultimate strength of STP.The distribution of the vertical ultimate strength of the snow tire is more concentrated and relatively stable than that of the all season tire when the size is same.The vertical compression stiffness increases with the increase of the width and length of STP.The vertical compression stiffness of the all season tire is about 5% higher than that of the snow tire when the size is same.The vertical deformation performance of STP of the two tire types is less than 3% which show good deformation performance.
