摘要 村镇建筑低成本隔震技术研究相对欠缺,工程应用尚少。分析了村镇建筑低成本隔震技术研究现状,探讨了不同隔震措施的构造特点,介绍了基础滑移隔震砌体结构研究概况,重点介绍了近期研究的一种玻璃珠砂浆层基础滑移隔震砌体结构,它由上部砌体结构、上下基础梁、基础梁间低强度玻璃珠砂浆层和基础梁间限位装置构成,其关键技术在于合理设计低强度玻璃珠砂浆层。研发了低强度玻璃珠砂浆制备方法,进行了5种配合比、6种玻璃珠取代率的玻璃珠砂浆3 d强度、7 d强度和28 d强度的试验,分析了玻璃珠砂浆强度随着配合比、玻璃珠骨料取代率、龄期的变化规律;进行了4种配合比、1种典型玻璃珠取代率的玻璃珠砂浆弹性模量试验,研究了其弹性模量与砂浆强度的关系;提出了玻璃珠砂浆层隔震系统的施工工艺。低强度玻璃珠砂浆层基础滑移隔震砌体结构,小震下玻璃珠砂浆层不坏不启动滑移为抗震体系,中震或大震下玻璃珠砂浆层破坏启动滑移为隔震体系;它具有成本低、便于施工、易于推广的特点。在上述分析基础上,提出了村镇建筑低成本隔震技术发展的若干问题。 There is relative little research on low-cost isolation techniques for rural buildings,as well as the engineering application. In this paper,the present condition of research on low-cost isolation techniques for rural buildings was analyzed and different isolation details were explored. The base sliding isolation technique,especially glass bead mortar layer isolation proposed by authors was introduced. The low-strength glass bead mortar layer was set between the up base beam and the down base beam. The key technique depends on the design of low-strength glass bead layer. The preparation method for the new kind of mortar was developed. Tests on the compression strength of the new motor with 5 different proportionings,6 different glass bead replacement rates under 3-day,7-day and 28-day were carried out,as well as the elasticity modulus tests on 4 different proportionings,1 typical glass bead replacement rate. The constructing techniques for glass bead mortar layer of isolation were proposed.Studies show that,the masonry structures with low-strength glass bead mortar layer of isolation maintain sliding lock under small earthquakes,and starting to slide under middle strength earthquake or large strength earthquake. The new glass bead mortar layer of isolation is low-cost,easy to be constructed and easy to be promoted. Based uponthe above analysis,several issues on development of low-cost vibration isolation technique were presented.
