摘要
积极有效的心理资本干预有利于预防和减少辅导员职业倦怠的产生。心理资本干预辅导员职业倦怠模式构建程序主要是:通过对目标导向,职业认同;晋升保障,培训学习;制订计划,总结经验;社会支持系统构建;明确职责,领导关怀;规避风险,构建资源;榜样力量,积极关注;规划目标,体验成功;认识自我,积极调整等开发维度的干预,消除辅导员职业倦怠,提升其心理资本水平,最终实现个人发展、工作满意度提高和组织绩效。
Effective psychological capital intervention benefits to the preventing and reducing of the job-burnout of college counselors. The content of psychological capital intervention to job-burnout of college counselors in- cludes:goal-setting and occupation self-identity; promotion guarantee and training; plan formulation and experience summarization; social support system construction; clear responsibilities and care from leaders; avoiding risks and constructing resources; following a good example; objective planning and success experiencing; self-understanding and positive psychological adjustment. By way of those methods, the job-burnout of college counselors is eliminated and the level of psychological capital is improved. Ultimately, the personal development, job satisfaction and or- ganizational oerformance are advanced easily.
