摘要
使用Icepak对某型号电源模块进行了热分析模拟仿真。根据该电源模块在工程运用中的实际情况及其失效模式,运用Icepak进行模拟仿真设计,仿真结果与实际情况相吻合;并且根据模拟仿真的结果,提出了改善产品的设计与工艺水平的建议。
The thermal analysis simulation for a power supply module is carried out by using Icepak. According to the actual situation of the power supply module in engineering application and its failure mode, its simulation design is carried out through Icepak, and the simulation results are in accordance with the actual situation. Besides, according to the simulation results, the suggestion to improve the design and the technological level of the products are put forward.
