FeSiB合金熔体的冶金质量与夹杂物控制研究

摘要 研究了FeSiB合金熔体的冶金质量与夹杂物之间的关系,采用微分热分析仪测定了FeSiB合金熔体在凝固过程中的温度-时间曲线,研究了所测曲线特征参数与夹杂物之间的关系。结果表明,夹杂物的数量越少,熔体中的晶化相形成的温度越低,钢液的流动性越好,在制带过程中不容易产生水口堵塞等异常现象、熔体的冶金质量越好。 The relationship between the metallurgy quality and inclusion controllings of FeSiB melts were studied. The temperature-time curves of FeSiB alloy molten were measured by using a differential thermal analyzing equipment. The relationship between the above parameters and inclusion was investigated. The experiment shows that the crystallization temperature become lower with the decrease of the inclusion quantity. At the same time the flexibility of the molten became better. The nozzle clogging is difficult to happen and the metallurgy quality gets better with the decrease of the inclusion quantity.
