摘要
采用微机辅助微分热分析法,记录分析了Al-10%Sr变质剂处理铝硅合金的冷却曲线及其微分曲线,并确定了变质效果与冷却曲线特征值之间的关系。结果表明:根据未变质合金与变质合金共晶温度之差,一次微分曲线共晶阶段结束峰值,共晶生长时间可快速、准确地预测铝硅合金的变质效果。
The differential thermal analysis technique aided by microcomputer was used to record and analyze cooling curves and differential curves of ZL104 alloy modified with A1-10%Sr modification agents, the relationship between the modification effect and the curve's eigenvalue was established. The results show that, according to the eutectic growth temperature difference between unmodified and modified melt, the peak value of the end of eutectic growth plateau in differential curve and the time of eutectic growing, the modification effect of ZL104 ahoy can be predicated rapidly and reliably.
