摘要
以天竺葵种子为材料,研究PEG-6000、GA3和温度对天竺葵种子萌发的影响。结果表明:5%的PEG-6000处理可显著提高天竺葵种子的发芽率和发芽势,天竺葵种子的发芽率和发芽势随PEG-6000浓度的增高呈先降低后升高的趋势。GA3处理可以显著提高天竺葵种子萌发率,200mL/L GA3处理的种子发芽率、发芽指数最高;23~28℃是天竺葵种子的最佳萌发温度,萌发率、发芽指数显著高于其他温度。
This study uses Pelargonium hortorum seeds as test materials to study the seed germinationcharacters with different PEG-6000 simulates drought stress,GAs and temperature to provide better support for the exploitation and utilization. The result shows, the 5% PEG-6000 can significantly improved the germination rate and germination energy of P.hortorum.The P.hortorum 's germination rate and germination energy were decreased then increased with the concentration of PEG-6000.The germination rate and germination index of P. hortorum seeds by GA3 treatment were significantly improved especially treated with 200 mg/L GA3.23-28 ℃ was the best germination temperature, germination rate and germination index was significantly higher than other temperature.
