摘要
用不同浓度的GA3处理在4℃下贮藏2年的毛竹种子,以探索提高毛竹种子活力的机理。结果表明:试验条件下不同浓度的GA3处理均能提高毛竹种子活力,以100 mg/L处理效果最佳;处理后的种子浸出液相对电导率下降,吸胀种子的可溶性糖含量增加,SOD,POD,CAT活性增强,MDA含量下降,且这些指标与种子活力呈显著相关性。
The mechanism of improving the seed vitality of were studied by treating the seeds of Phyllostachys heterocycla that were stored for two years under 4 ℃ with different concentration of GA3 solution. The results indicated that the treatment with 100 mg/L of GA3 produced the best effect though all treatments with varied GA3 concentration had some effect to improve the vitality of P. heterocycla seeds in the experiment. The relative electrical conductivity of the seed soaking solution and the MDA content of the treated seeds with 100 mg/L of GA3 were decreased, while the content of soluble sugar, the activity of SOD, POD and CAT of the soaked seeds were increased. It was showed by the analysis that there was a significant relationship between the above parameters and the vitality of P. heterocycla seeds, and the main mechanism of seed vitality improvement by applying GA3 was the physical and biochemical repairing effect on the seed membrane.
