摘要
新时代成人教育研究科学化是推动成人教育实践和理论发展的应然诉求。成人教育实践的复杂属性、社会属性、生成属性和价值属性,学者的研究素质、研究动机、研究方法、模仿意识与个体意识的限囿以及管理者评价和考核机制的滞后,是目前制约成人教育研究科学化的基本因素。应构建实践导向的研究范式,加强培训力度,端正研究动机,凸显创新意识,优化研究方法,打造研究团队,完善成果评价和学者考核机制,以实现成人教育研究科学化的进一步提升。
The scientification of adult educational research is the demand for the practical development and theorial development of of adult education in the new era.The attributes of complexity,sociality,change and value of the adult educational practice,the research quality,research motivation,research methods,imitational consciousness and independent awareness of scholars are basic factors of restricting the scientification of the adult educational research.We should building the practiceoriented research paradigm,correct the research motivation,highlight the innovation consciousness,optimize the research methods,improve the scholars' quality,build the research team,and improve the results evaluation and assessment mechanism.
