摘要
超大跨径桥梁的铺装层性能对桥梁的使用寿命和安全性有重要影响。基于SBS改性沥青桥面提出掺加新型温拌沥青改性剂(Sasobit-LM)的方式来提高其性能。通过物理性能试验可知,掺入2%的Sasobit-LM后,SBS改性沥青的针入度从7.85 mm降到4.97 mm,软化点从71.4℃升高到95.9℃,拌合温度降低了约30℃,初压温度降低了约25℃。说明掺入Sasobit-LM可以使得沥青混合料的强度增大、高温性能提高,并且能有利于低温环境下的拌合与压实。对Sasobit-LM与SBS改性沥青混合料进行应用检测,通过车辙试验可知其动态稳定度提高了17%,通过浸水试验和冻融劈裂试验发现其浸水残留稳定度和劈裂残留强度分别提高了2.6%和1.7%,但由低温劈裂试验得知Sasobit-LM对SBS改性沥青的低温抗裂性能影响不大。
The performance of pavement layer have a strong influence on the service life and safety of extra-long-span bridge. Based on the SBS modified asphalt bridge deck we propose adding a new Warm mix asphalt modifier(Sasobit-LM) to improve it's performance. According to physical performance test,after adding Sasobit-LM, the Penetration value of SBS modified asphalt fallen from 7.85 mm to 4.97 mm and the softening point increased to 95.9℃ from 71.4℃, meanwhile mixing temperature and first compaction temperature reduced 30℃ and 25℃ respectively. These results shows that adding SasobitLM can increase strength of SBS modified asphalt and improve its high temperature performance, also can make SBS modified asphalt become more easy to mixing and compaction under low temperature environment. After finishing the physical experiments, application detecting were carried out on the mixture of Sasobit-LM and SBS modified asphalt. Through rutting test we found that its dynamic stability increased by 17%,and the water immersion test and freeze-thaw splitting test indicated that the soaking remnants stability and residual split strength of the mixture of Sasobit-LM and SBS modified asphalt increased by 2.6% and 2.6% respectively. But low temperature splitting test shows that Sasobit-LM has no influence on the low—temperature crack resistance of SBS modified asphalt.
