SBS与岩沥青复合改性沥青混合料性能评价

摘要 为评价SBS和岩沥青复合改性沥青混合料的性能,首先制备不同质量分数(10%、20%、30%)岩沥青的复合改性沥青并对其性能进行评价与分析,然后基于SGC压实效应对沥青混合料配合比进行设计,最后通过浸水马歇尔试验、冻融劈裂试验、肯塔堡浸水飞散试验,评价四种改性沥青混合料的水稳定性,通过车辙试验和单轴贯入试验评价其高温抗车辙性能,通过低温弯曲小梁试验、疲劳试验分别评价其低温性能和疲劳性能。结果表明:复合改性沥青的性能较好,但不如SBS的性能,仅仅通过普通指标评价其性能是不全面的;复合改性沥青沥青混合料抗水损害性能优于SBS的,但是岩沥青掺量超过30%时,抗水损害性能有所降低;复合改性沥青60℃和70℃车辙动稳定度比SBS的提高均在30%以上,随岩沥青含量增加而增加;复合改性沥青混合料低温性能比SBS的稍微降低,但疲劳寿命均优于SBS;建议复合改性沥青中岩沥青含量不超过20%。 In order to evaluate the performance of compound modified asphalt mixture of SBS and rock asphalt, firsdy the compound modified asphalts with different quality scores (10%, 20%, 3 0 % ) of rock asphalt are prepared, and the evaluation and analysis on their performance are made, and then the mix design on asphalt mixture is made based on SGC compaction effect, and the water stability of four kinds of modified asphalt mixtures is evaluated by immersion Marshall test, freeze - thaw split test, and Cantabro immersion stripping test at last. Its high - temperature anti - rut performance is evaluated by wheel rutting test and uniaxial penetration test, and its low -temperature performance and fatigue performance are respectively evaluated by low - temperature beam bending test and fatigue test. The results show that: the performance of compound modified asphalt is better, but not as good as that of SBS, so it is not all - sided to evaluate its performance only by common index; the anti - water damage performance of compound modified asphalt mixture is superior to that of SBS, but when the mixing amount of rock asphalt is over 30 % , the anti - water damage performance is reduced; the dynamic stability of rut of compound modified asphalt at 60T! and 70T! is improved by over 30 % than that of SBS, increasing as the increase of rock asphalt content ; the low - temperature performance of compound modified asphalt mixture is slightly reduced than that of SBS, but the fatigue life is superior to that of SBS ; it is suggested to let the rock asphalt content in compound modified asphalt be not over 2 0 % .
