摘要
关于思政工作"教人什么,怎样做工作以及是否有效"的质疑,是因为教育者从应然逻辑向实然问题的转化过程,回避了人的活生生的现实境遇。要弥合路径断裂,一是工作队伍质量改进要结合学生党员党性教育,发挥活力优势;二是学生政治意识引导要结合意识形态阵地管理,发挥话语优势;三是高校立德树人根本任务要结合专业人才培养工作,发挥人学优势。
What is ideological and political education for?How to carry it out?Is it useful?Such questions are the result of disregarding the reality of actual human existence in educators' shift from"ought-to-be logic"to "real problems".To change the situation,colleges and universities must first combine the quality improvement of the working staff with the strengthening of students' Party character education to bring the vitality advantage into play.They must provide political guidance to students and at the same time manage ideological fronts in a better manner to bring the discourse advantage into play.Last,they should combine the task of producing persons of high moral values with the task of producing highly professional talents to bring the human advantage into play.
