摘要
滑跑姿势是否正确、标准,通常都用赛场冰面水平线与人身体躯干所成夹角的度数、支撑动作中大腿膝盖关节的弯曲度数、支撑动作中大腿踝关节的弯曲度数、蹬冰动作中大腿轴线与赛场内冰面夹角的度数、人身体与赛场内冰面所成的夹角度数等因素进行评价。通过分析短道速滑优秀运动员弯道技术,以提高短跑道速度滑冰运动成绩。
Short-runway speed skating is one of the projects of the Winter Olympics.Correct,standard running posture during curve speed skating is a very important factor in performing well.Whether the running posture is correct or not,the standard is usually the degree of the angle formed by the horizontal line of the ice field of the stadium and the torso of the human body,the bending degree of the thigh knee joint in the supporting motion,the bending degree of the thigh ankle joint in the supporting motion,thigh axis and the ice field angle between the body and the stadium ice,hoping to improve the performance of sprint speed skating by analyzing the curve technology of elite athletes.
