正念训练在高水平运动员系统科学训练中的应用价值及方法 被引量:6

摘要 正念训练对系统培养和改善优秀运动员的比赛专注能力具有积极作用。正念训练作为目前一种主流的心理减压调节方法,其潜在的巨大价值正被国内外运动训练领域不断释放。随着我国广大教练员和运动员对正念训练的价值认识的不断提高,正念训练特殊有效的应用价值在我国竞技体育领域越来越多地展现出来。
