摘要
目的探讨肢体语言沟通与个性化护理用于小儿护理工作中的效果分析。方法将100例小儿患者分为两组,给予对照组常规护理,给予研究组肢体语言沟通与个性化护理。结果研究组护理依从性及护理满意度均高于对照组,P<0.05。结论小儿护理工作中应用肢体语言沟通与个性化护理的效果确切。
