摘要
合理的人力资源配置能够很好地提高工作效率。通过秒表测量及访谈的方法测定标准工时,利用标准工时与理论工时的比值测算出员工数量及人员结构,对我院静脉药物调配中心人力资源配置的合理性进行分析,完善人力资源配置,提高工作效率。
Reasonable human resource allocation can greatly improve work efficiency. In this paper, the standard working hours were measured via interview and direct stopwatch. The ratio of standard man-hours and theoretical hours was used to estimate the number of employees and staff structure. By means of the above methods, the rationality of human resource allocation of pharmacy intravenous admixture services was analyzed in our hospital, and then to complete human resource allocation and improve work efficiency.
