摘要
本文在分析超超临界机组协调控制系统优化调试现状的基础上,研究了日立/三菱超超临界机组典型控制方案,分析了各控制系统之间的相互关系。本文提出了一种控制逻辑离线修改下装、在线调试、分步投入的优化调试策略,保证了优化调试效果,有效降低了机组的运行风险。根据该调试策略,进行了现场实施,效果明显,具有一定的推广意义。
In the paper,based on the analysis of the debugging status of coordinated control system optimization for ultra supercritical unit,the research on the typical scheme of Hitachi/MITSUBISHI company forultra supercritical unit has been done. The analysis of the relationship between the control systems has beentaken. In this paper,optimization debugging strategy about offline modification and download、online debug-ging and step inputs has been put forward. It ensures the optimization of debugging effect,and effectively re-duces the operation risk of unit. According to this strategy,it has been carried out at the project site. Theeffect is obvious and it has certain popularization significance.
