摘要
目前国内已经投产的1000MW超超临界机组的协调控制系统按照锅炉制造厂的不同分为2种典型的控制方法:煤跟水和水跟煤的协调控制。ALSTOM公司的机组采用水跟煤的协调控制结构,三菱/日立公司的机组采用煤跟水的协调控制结构并辅以动态前馈回路。针对这2种典型控制系统的控制结构进行了分析。现场投运效果表明,这2种结构都能取得良好的控制效果。
The coordinated control systems of 1000 MW ultra-supercritical units in China can be classified as two typical types: coal following water control and water following coal control. ALSTOM used water following coal control structure and HIATCHI/MITSUBISHI used coal following water control structure assisted with dynamic feed forward control. The theory and structure of the two types of coordinated control systems were analyzed. Applications show that both the two types of control systems can get satisfied control performance.
