摘要
中国制造大而不强,核心是创新能力不强,实质是人才不强。"中国制造2025"战略对未来制造业提出"复合型"人才的需求,而我国高职院校目前所培养的人才知识薄弱、技能单一、后劲不足,不能满足制造业转型升级的迫切需要。因此,探讨高职院校如何培养"复合型"人才迫在眉睫。
China＇s manufacturing is not strong,the core is that the innovation ability is not strong,the essence is not strong talent.＂Made in China 2025＂strategy,the future of the manufacturing industry,＂complex＂talent needs,and China＇s vocational institute now cultivate talent knowledge is weak,single skills,lack of stamina,obviously cannot cope with the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing needs,Therefore,it is urgent to explore how to cultivate ＂compound talents＂in higher vocational institute.
