摘要
人才培养模式的改革实质是教育模式的改革。基于远程教育的实践与发展和现代人才培养的实际要求 ,实现两者之间的有机结合和紧密联系 ,是这种改革取得成效的必然过程。结合当前的实际情况 ,应正确认识现代远程教育的内涵 ,注重网络教学的实践 ,充分运用网络技术和其他多媒体技术并进行多种媒体技术在教学活动中的融合和创新 。
The training model reform is, in essence, the reform of education model. A close connection and coalescent organism of modern practice of distance education and required standards of qualified personnel is the certain procedure of the achievements of such reform. The application of modern information and telecommunication technology has opened a new frontier for distance education. Teaching on the Net has created a new environment for both teaching and writing, playing a unique role in cultivating the student's creativity and practical skills. However looking into what we have been practicing in teaching on the Net, the effect remains much to be desired, i.e., old ideas, disconnection of media, limited teaching resources, old teaching methods.... Due to this, we should do further exploration and practice in the following aspects: Enrich on line courses, change their contents and structures so as to turn teaching materials into learning ones. They are flexible, selectable, easy to control, to get feedback, and most convenient for the learner's autonomous study, curbing the phenomenon that it is the other person rather than the learner himself who makes decision on what he should learn. Offer rich and efficient interaction to enable the learner to make use of sundry interactive methods and ways freely in on line teaching and benefit from doing so. Reinforce the development of applicable software on the Net in order to make it convenient for the learner to do on line learning, raising their interests in learning, accumulating and creating knowledge.$$$$Through the above mentioned effort, the advantages of on line teaching will be brought into full play. And a desired effect of our personnel training model is going to be gained with a healthy growth of our on-line teaching.
