摘要
提出一种结合集中式和分布式优点的电池管理系统,该系统以CAN总线通讯由单片机控制并通过Lab View建立通讯模型实时采集锂电池参数信息并显示,监测锂电池电源装置均衡状态、放电状态以及过流状态,根据电机输出电流、电池电压及车速等信息估算电池剩余能量和车辆行驶里程。文章介绍了该系统的总体设计以及电池工作参数、电池安全保护系统的设计;进行了蓄电池剩余能量及车辆剩余里程的计算;并进行了锂电池数据通讯及显示方式设计。最后指出该系统的应用可提高锂电池工作和车辆行驶的安全可靠性。
A battery management system was proposed which combined the advantages of centralized and distributed battery management system. The system applies CAN bus communication, it is controlled by single chip microcomputer and uses communication model based on LabView to collect and display the battery real - time information, monitor the lithium battery power device equilibrium, discharge and flow state, and estimates the battery residual energy and the vehicle mileage according to the motor output current, battery vohage and speed information. The system can improve the safety and reliability of the lithium battery and vehicle.
