摘要
基于发那科系统,应用宏程序分层铣削圆柱螺纹和1∶16圆锥螺纹,采用圆弧切入的进刀方式,建立刀具半径补偿,并推导出切入圆弧半径的数学表达式,适用于不同孔径和螺距的加工。
Cylindrical thread and 1:16 tapered thread were milled in layers based on the application of FANUC macro program. The feeding adopted arc plunge mode while setting the tool radius compensation and deducing the mathematic expression of the radius of arc plunge. This method is applicable to process the parts with different bore sizes and thread pitches.
