摘要
本文主要研究螺纹加工这一典型制造技术在现代数控制造技术的应用和创新,开发建立现代数控加工工艺技术的新领域,着重研究在数控铣床上铣削螺纹的可行性与先进性,与传统的加工技术相比极大地提高了生产效率和质量,同时手工编程和自动编程软件为铣削螺纹提供了更广泛的空间。
This article mainly researches the application and innovation of thread processing, a typical manufacturing technology in modem NC manufacturing technology to develop new areas of modem NC machining technology. It focuses on the feasibility and advancement of thread milling on the NC milling machine. Compared with the traditional processing technology, the production efficiency and quality is greatly improved, at the Same time, manual programming and automatic programming software provide a wider space for thread milling.
