摘要
分享经济作为一种新型经济业态,主要是指基于互联网和现代信息技术,对分散化闲置资源进行使用权分享以提高资源利用率的商业模式。在我国经济增长放缓、就业压力巨大的背景下,研究分享经济对就业的促进作用具有重要意义。通过对分享经济促进就业的内在逻辑和运行机制的阐析,建议从推动分享经济快速健康发展、创新治理思路和管理方式、鼓励发展分享经济下的自主创业就业模式、鼓励分享经济企业参与就业援助和挖掘农村分享经济带动就业的潜力五方面发挥分享经济促进就业的积极作用。
As a new type of economy, sharing economy mainly refers to a new business model by which the right to use of decentralized idle resources are shared to improve the utilization of resources. The foundations of it are Internet and modern information technology. In the context of China＇s slowdown in economic growth and great employment pressure, it is of great significance to study the contribution and promotion of the sharing economy to employment. Through the analysis of the internal logic and operation mechanism of employment promotion of sharing economy, it is suggested to promote the rapid and healthy development of sharing economy, to innovate the thinking and management of the economy, to encourage the development of entrepreneurship and self-employment under sharing economy, to encourage the enterprises of sharing economy to participate in employment assistance and to dig potential of sharing economy in the rural areas to promote employment. By these ways can sharing economy play a positive role in employment promotion.
