摘要
文化产业在地方经济发展中的重要性日益显现,文化产业的转型发展离不开政府的引导和金融部门的资金支持。本文利用2013-2015年江苏省13个设区市的面板数据,实证分析了地方公共文化支出和银行信贷资金对文化产业转型发展的影响。结果表明,公共文化支出对文化产业的扶持,以及便捷的金融支持对文化产业的发展转型具有积极作用。在当前加快文化产业发展的背景下,应通过公共支出结构的优化和金融机构资金的引导,来促进文化产业转型发展。
The development of cultural industry needs financial input and bank credit. We used panel data of 13 cities in Jiangsu province during 2013 - 2015 to analyze the influence of fiscal ex- penditure and bank credit on the transformation of cultural industry. The result showed that the fiscal expenditure and bank credit are conducive to the transformation of cultural industry. Under the back- ground of accelerating the development of cultural industry, the government should promote the transformation of cultural industry structure through the optimization of fiscal expenditure structure and bank credit.
