摘要
目的通过运用PDCA循环管理程序,降低血液透析患者导管相关血流感染的发生率。方法选取2015年1月~2016年2月进行置管的血液透析患者138例并纳入对照组,2016年3月~2017年2月在进行置管的血液透析患者150例并纳入观察组。对照组接受常规治疗,对照组应用PDCA管理。比较2组血流感染发生率、手卫生依从性和正确率、护理满意度情况。结果观察组导管相关血流感染发生率低于对照组,手卫生依从性和正确率、护理满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论应用PDCA循环管理能有效提升中心静脉导管护理质量,降低血液透析患者导管相关血流感染事件发生率,为血液透析患者提供了血管通路保障,提高了血液透析质量和患者满意度。
Objective TO＇reduce the ineidenee of eatheter- related bloodstream infections in hemodialysis patients by using the PDCA cycle management program. Met^ds We seleeted 138 eases of central venous catheter patients who recieved hemodialysis treatment between January,2015 and February,2016 as the control group, and 150 eases of central venous catheter patients who reeieved hemodialysis treatment between Mareh,2016 and February ,2017 as the observation group. The former was treated with eonventional therapy, and the latter was treated with PDCA management. Compare the incidence of bloodstream infeetions, compliance and accuracy rate of hand hygiene, and the nursing satisfaction. Results The incidence of catheterrelated bloodstream infections in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the compliance and accuracy rate of hand hygiene and nursing satisfaction were higher than those in the control group（ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion PDCA circulation management can improve the nursing quality of central venous catheter efficiently, reduce the catheter - related bloodstream infections incidence of hemodialysis patients. It provided guarantee for the vascular access, and improved the quality of hemodialysis and patients＇satisfaction.
