摘要
自扩招以来,每年都有数以百万计的毕业生走出校园,从"学校人"转变到了"职业人",但是面对环境的变化、岗位要求和复杂的人际关系,毕业生如何顺利地完成这个入职角色转换,提高入职初期的工作适应度,是亟须重视和解决的问题。论文通过对高校毕业生的调查分析,基于个人及工作的满意度两个视角进行了探讨,并从毕业生自身、学校、家庭、社会四个方面提出相应的建议,以期为高校毕业生顺利入职提供参考。
Since enrollment expansion,millions of graduates from the university campus,transformed from "student role" to "career role" annua/ly. With change of environment,and post requirements a,complex of relationships,how did graduates completed this role conversion smoothly,is needed to be attended. Based on investigation and analysis of graduates in colleges,from the perspectives of personal and job satisfaction,this paper give the suggestion to resolve the issue from the factors of the graduates themselves,schools,families and social aspects accordingly,with a view to provide references for college graduates.
