摘要
从当代社会对新型人才的需求来看,人才的竞争十分激烈,人才的竞争最终取决于人才职业素质的竞争。因此,在以学生为中心的理念指导下,深入认识学生主体地位,充分发挥学生的主体性,并发挥其主观能动作用,学生教师共同改变传统教育模式,才能更好地实施职业生涯体验课教学。实践证明,这一教学模式对提高学习效率,更好地贯彻科学发展观,实现可持续发展有重要意义,对提高学生职业素质有本质上的促进作用。
