摘要
提高高等教育质量,首先是提高人才培养质量,尤其体现在创新人才培养上。体育院校培养创新人才一直是体育教学管理重点研究的课题,文章通过分析体育院校培养创新人才的重要性,以及当下部分体育院校创新人才培养教学存在的问题和不足,从而提出体育院校培养创新人才的举措。
To improve the quality of higher education is first to improve the quality of talents training, especially the innovative talents training. The innovative talents training of physical education institutes is always the focused research subjects of PE teaching management. The paper analyzes the importance of innovative talents training in physical education institutes and the existing problems in some institutions. It also puts forward some measures for the innovative talents training.
