摘要
目的探析糖尿病低血糖患者应用中西医结合护理干预措施的护理效果与体会。方法选取本院2015年2月—2016年2月期间治疗的糖尿病低血糖患者64例进行分析。将64例患者随机分为干预组32例和对照组32例。对照组采用常规护理方法,干预组在此基础上实施中西医联合干预护理措施,比较两组患者的治疗总有效率及患者总体舒适度、满意度以及出院后三个月内低血糖的出现率等指标。结果干预组治疗总有效率为96.9%,对照组为75.0%,两组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组舒适度与满意度显著优于对照组(P<0.05);干预组出院后三个月出现低血糖情况明显低于对照组干预组。结论糖尿病低血糖患者采取中西结合护理干预措施,可有效降低低血糖发生率,提高患者的治疗效果与生活质量,适于临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the nursing effect and experience of nursing care of patients with hypoglycemia in diabetes mellitus with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine. Methods 64 cases of hypoglycemia of diabetes patients treated in our hospital from February 2015 to February 2016 were analyzed. 64 cases were randomly divided into intervention group of 32 cases and control group of 32 cases. The control group received routine nursing care, and intervention group received nursing intervention of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine on the control group. The total occurrence rate index within three months from the overall efficiency of hypoglycemia and patient comfort and satisfaction was compared. Results The total effective rate of the intervention group and the control group was 96.9% and 75. 0% respectively, and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈0. 05）. The comfort and satisfaction of the intervention group was significantly better than that of the control group （ P 〈 0. 05）. The three months after discharge hypoglycemia situation of the intervention group was significantly lower than that of the control group. Conclusion The nursing care of patients with hypoglycemia in diabetes mellitus with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine can effectively reduce the incidence of hypoglycemia, and improve the treatment effect and quality of life in patients with diabetes hypoglycemia. It is suitable for clinical application.
