摘要
结合换流变压器内部运行环境,设计了一套外施电压为交流有效值和直流平均值叠加组成的复合电压下沿面放电试验平台,通过试验分析交流电压及不同比例复合电压下油纸绝缘的沿面放电特征。结果表明:随着复合电压中直流分量的增大,沿面放电起始电压和闪络电压随之增大,而放电脉冲重复率和平均放电量减小,放电强度降低,因此在对换流变压器进行油纸绝缘沿面放电诊断时,不可忽略交流有效值和直流平均值的复合电压比例,放电特征和复合电压比例之间的关系对换流变压器故障诊断具有一定的指导作用。
A test platform under compound voltage composed of AC effective value and DC mean value was built combined with the internal environment of converter transformer. The surface discharge charac- teristics of oil-paper insulation under different voltage forms were analyzed. The results show that with the increase of the DC component in compound voltage, the initial discharge voltage and breakdown volt- age increase, but the pulse repetition rate and average discharge magnitude decrease, and the discharge in- tensity reduce. Therefore, the influence of AC-DC compound voltage ratio could not be ignored when di- agnosing the surface discharge of oil-paper insulation of converter transformer. The relationship between discharge characteristic and AC-DC compound voltage ratio has certain instructive effect for fault diagno- sis of converter transformer.
