摘要
南疆的内陆气候为棉花生长提供了得天独厚的自然条件,但该地区棉花种植范围广,极端干旱,灌溉面积大。为解决传统灌溉方式自动化程度低、水资源浪费严重、能效低等问题,本文以变频调速、无线通信、传感器、自动控制等技术设计了一套基于南疆棉田滴灌模式下的节水灌溉智能控系统。该系统采用高精度土壤温湿度传感器,远程在线采集土壤墒情,以此来实现墒情(旱情)自动预报、灌溉用水量智能决策、远程/自动控制水泵电机等灌溉设备的变频运行;通过工控机智能管理平台选择灌溉方式,实时监测整个灌溉过程,获得作物最佳灌溉时间、灌溉水量及需采取的节水措施。从而获得灌溉预报结果,科学、合理指导适时适量的灌溉,达到自动化程度高、节水、节能的目的。
The inland climate in southern Xinjiang provides exceptional natural conditions for cotton growth, but cotton planting in this area is extensive, extremely arid, and the irrigated area is large. Irrigation in this area is hard because its broad and droughty. In order to solve the problems of low automation degree, serious water resources waste and low energy efficiency of traditional irrigation methods, this paper designs an intelligent set of water-saving irrigation intelligent control system by using frequency conversion speed regulation, wireless communication, sensors and automatic control technology. High-precision soil temperature and humidity sensors are used to remotely collect soil moisture content to achieve the automatic prediction of moisture content (drought) data, intelligent decision-making of irrigation water, remote/automatic control of pumps, the frequency-conversion operation of motors and other irrigation equipment. The system has the best irrigation time, irrigation water amount and water-saving measures through the intelligent management of IPC platform to monitor the whole irrigation process in real time so as to obtain the irrigation forecast results, the scientific and reasonable guidance, and the timely and appropriate irrigation.
