基于PLC和无线多点探测网络的智慧农业灌溉系统设计

摘要 为了解决传统农业农田灌溉系统反应慢、效率低、水资源浪费严重等一系列问题,构建一种基于PLC和无线多点探测网络的智慧农业灌溉系统。在分析智慧农业灌溉系统的构成及工作原理的基础上,探讨无线多点探测网络变频控制系统实现方式,研究PLC软硬件实现及组态王上位监控的可行性。采用台达公司DVP24ES2系列PLC作为主要控制器件,通过无线多点探测网络检测采集数据,经过A/D转换模块送入变频器VFD-PU01,对其进行PID运算处理后,控制水泵维持水位保持在设定值,精度可达1mm。本系统抗干扰性强,可靠性和控制精度高,成本低,具有其实用价值。 In order to solve a series of problems such as slow response,low efficiency,and serious water waste of traditional agricultural farmland irrigation systems,a smart agricultural irrigation system based on PLC and wireless multi-point detection network is constructed.Based on the analysis of the composition and working principle of the smart agricultural irrigation system,the realization of the wireless multi-point detection network frequency conversion control system is discussed,and the feasibility of the PLC software and hardware realization and the kingview upper monitoring is studied.Using Delta’s DVP24ES2 series PLC as the main control device,through the wireless multi-point detection network to detect and collect data,send it to the inverter VFD-PU01 through the A/D conversion module,and then control the water pump to maintain the water level at Setting value,the accuracy can reach 1mm.The system has strong anti-interference,high reliability and control accuracy,low cost,and has its practical value.
