酰胺型表面改性剂的合成与表征

摘要 本文研究了酰胺型表面改性剂的合成与表征。利用十二烷二酸中的亚甲基为长链疏水链,分别将两端羧基接上不同的极性基团,制备阳离子型表面活性剂。采用如下合成方法:首先将十二烷二酸制成十二烷二酸单甲酯,二乙烯三胺的两个伯胺被叔丁氧羰基(Boc)保护,单甲酯做成酰氯与经Boc保护二乙烯三胺留下的仲胺基团反应,合成出带Boc基团保护的酰胺,后脱Boc保护、碱化得到阳离子型表面活性剂DAME-DETA,收率可达94%。采用红外,核磁对实验过程中的中间体及产品的结构进行表征。 This paper describes the synthesis and characterization of amide type surface modifier. Cationic surfactants were prepared by using the methylene in dodecanedioic acid(DDDA) as long chain hydrophobic chain to connect different polar groups at the ends of carboxyl groups. The synthetic method is as follows:firstly,DDDA is used to prepare dodecanedioic acid mono methyl ester(DAME). Two primary amines in diethylenetriamine are protected t-butyloxycarbonyl(Boc). The acyl chloride from mono methyl ester reacts with secondary amine group after the Boc removal to synthesize the amide protected by Boc group,which is to used to prepare cationic surfactant DAME-DETA after de-Boc protection and alkalization with yield of 94%. The structures of intermediates and products were characterized by infrared and nuclear magnetic resonance.
