摘要
"双主"教学模式即以教师为主导、以学生为主体的教学模式。对市场营销专业商务洽谈课程进行"双主"教学模式尝试,针对课程教学中存在的教材建设情况不容乐观、学生学习基础薄弱、学生课堂参与度低等问题,创设微视频、热点新闻、事件漫画、博弈话题和影视片段等五种洽谈情景,提出了创建教材资源库、注重变式练习和构建翻转课堂等方式,取得了良好的教学效果。
"Double-Centre" teaching mode is teacher-led and student-centered teaching model.Taking the course of Business Negotiation,in view of the problems existing in the course teaching such as poor teaching materials,weak foundation of students' learning,low participation degree of students in the classroom,five kinds of negotiation scenarios are designed.They are micro video,hot news,event comics,game topics and video clips.This paper also puts forward suggestions on creating teaching material resource base,emphasizing change exercise and constructing flipped classroom,which have achieved good teaching effect.
