摘要
为了减轻汽车小偏置正面碰撞中驾驶员小腿受到的伤害,该文通过建立LSDYNA有限元仿真模型,分析了小偏置正面碰撞中提高小腿得分的方法,分别对护膝板造型、安全带限力等级、歇脚板角度及护膝板内部结构等因素进行优化分析,使小腿的伤害值得到了明显改善,满足了性能开发的要求。为降低小腿伤害分析提供了优化方向。
In order to reduce the driver's tibia injuries in small overlap frontal crash, this paper introduces the method to improve the tibia score by establishing LSDYNA finite element model. The tibia injury is reduced by optimizing the kneepad plate surface, seat belt limit level, stop plate angle and kneepad plate inner structure, to meet the performance requirements of the vehicle development. It provides the optimized direction for improving tibia injury.
