摘要
为分析50 km/h正面刚性壁障碰撞试验中影响乘员胸部保护性能的主要因素,用MADYMO建立某车型的正面碰撞模型,用Isight和全因子矩阵方法进行仿真分析,研究安全带限力值、安全气囊的点火时刻和气囊拉带长度等3个参数对胸部压缩量的影响.结果表明,安全带限力值是影响胸部压缩量的最主要参数.降低安全带限力值可减小胸部压缩量,但同时需要调节气囊点火时刻、气囊拉带长度等保证气囊刚度,避免头部HIC36值超标。
To analyze the main factors that influence the occupant chest protection performance in the frontal rigid barrier impact test at the speed of 50 kin/h, the frontal impact model of a vehicle type is built by MADYMO, and the effect of load limiter of belt and ignition time and strap length of airbag on chest deflection is analyzed by Isight and full factor matrix method. The results show that the main parameter that influences the chest deflection is load limiter of belt. The chest deflection can be reduced by reducing load limiter of belt. To avoid head injury index HIC36 exceeding the standard, the ignition time and strap length of airbag need to be adjusted to ensure appropriate stiffness of airbag.
