摘要
创业者的工作场所学习是企业生存发展的基础,是企业保持创新力的源泉。产业政策的调整、技术需求,以及发展中遇到的难题成为驱动创业者工作场所学习的主要因素。创业学习者以解决创业问题为动机,以情境化学习、主动实验为特征,以找到解决实际问题的方案为目标,采用工具实用取向,专注于"怎么做",且学习内容跨界交叉融合。文章以"行动学习"为理论基础建构了创业者工作场所学习的"学-做-思"模型,以及创业企业内"循环递进"的学习模型。
Workplace learning of entrepreneurs is the foundation of enterprise survival and development, and the prime mover for enterprises to maintain their creativity. Industrial policies, technological factors, and work difficulties are the main drivers for entrepreneur workplace learning. Entrepreneur workplace learning presents the following characteristics: entrepreneurs are motivated to learn in order to solve problems in their en-trepreneurship; they tend to engaged in situational learning; and they actively do experiments while they are learning. They learn to find solutions to practical problems, their learning are instrumentally and practically-ori-ented, they focus their attention on how to do, and they like to learn interdisciplinary and integrated contents. Based on action learning theory, this paper constructs a learning-doing-thinking model for entrepreneur work-place learning, and further builds a circular progression learning model for startups. It finally explains how en-trepreneur workplace learning can promote entrepreneurial ability of entrepreneurial teams and their members.
