摘要
采用问卷调查的方法研究了雾霾环境对京津冀城市居民(1,623人)消费行为的影响。结果表明,雾霾污染对城市居民日常消费活动产生很大的影响。大多数居民通过调整消费活动的时间、空间及方式等,以减少雾霾的危害,如:减少或取消弹性较大的消费活动、缩短消费活动的时间、变更消费活动的场所(由户外向室内转移),使得公共交通出行比例、网购和外卖等线上消费方式增加,并将带来新的消费需求。研究结果可为政府制定相关政策提供参考和依据。
A questionnaire survey was conducted to study the impact of haze on consuming behaviors of urban residents (1 623 subjects) in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei Province. The result shows that the haze pollution has a great impact on citizens' daily consumption. Most citizens adjust the time, space and pattem of consumption to reduce the harm of haze pollution, such as reducing or cancelling the flexible consumption, shortening the time of consumption, changing the place of consumption (from outdoor to indoor), which increases the proportion of public transportation and online consumption such as takeaway and other online shopping, and creates new consumer demand. The result of this study can provide reference and basis for the govemment to formulate relevant policies.
