Treatment of Chinese Medicine Pharmaceutical Wastewater Using Combined Air Flotation,UASB,A/O and Fenton Oxidation Process

摘要 以贵阳某中药制药企业废水处理工程为例,分析了中药制药企业生产废水水质特点及废水处理工艺、主要建(构)筑物设计参数、运行状况及运行费用。针对废水污染物浓度高、可生化性好、悬浮物高、色度高、水质变化大等特点,选择综合调节+组合气浮+UASB+A/O+芬顿氧化处理工艺。实践表明,该系统运行稳定,出水主要排放限值指标在达到《中药类制药工业水污染物排放标准》(GB 21906—2008)表2标准基础上再提高10%后达标排放。 Taking the wastewater treatment project of a traditional Chinese medicine pharmaceuu- cal company in Guiyang as an example, the characteristics of Chinese medicine pharmaceutical wastewater and its treatment process, as well as the design parameters, operation condition and operation cost of main constructions are analyzed. According to the characteristics of high influent concentration, good biodegradability, high suspended solids, high chroma and great changes of water quality, the com- bined process of comprehensive regulation, air floatation, UASB, A/O, Fenton oxidation is selected. It is showed that the combined system operates stably and the concentration of main effluent pollutants is 10% better than the limits of Chinese Medicine Pharmaceutical Industry Water Pollutant Discharge Stand- ards( GB 21906 - 2008 ).
