摘要
介绍了目前垃圾焚烧发电厂渗滤液膜滤浓液的主要处置方法及处置费用,并以某机械炉排炉焚烧厂为例,通过对其一年运行情况的统计计算,说明了将膜滤浓液回用于石灰制浆和飞灰固化,可实现浓液"零排放"。该工程基建成本约7.0万元,运营期间每年可回收9.63万元,为项目创造了经济效益。膜滤浓液回用后,一年节约4.26×10~4m^3生产用水,具有良好的环保效益。
Disposal methods and their costs of leachate membrane filtration concentrates in a waste incineration power plant were expounded. By calculating the one-year operation statistics of a mechanical grate incineration plant, it was demonstrated that using membrane filtration concentrates for lime pulping and fly ash solidification could achieve the purpose of zero discharge. The construction cost of the project is about 70 000 CNY, and 96 300 CNY per year could be recovered during operation, which showed its economic feasibility. By recycling membrane filtration concentrates, 42 600 tons of production water could be saved per year, which showed its environmental benefits.
