Research Progress on the Influence of Biofilm on the Pathogenic Bacteria and Disinfection By-products in Drinking Water Distribution System

摘要 生物膜作为饮用水输配过程中形成的会带来细菌二次增殖的根源,受到了世界范围内的广泛关注。简单阐述了生物膜的形成及其微生物群落结构,着重讨论了致病菌初期附着及后续致病菌的寄生生活或"居住"在生物膜上的生存方式,分析了作为消毒副产物前驱物的生物膜对消毒副产物的贡献,并提出了今后研究的重点及方向。 Recently, researchers have paid much attention to the biofilm for the reason that biofilm could bring a significant bacterial multiplication in drinking water distribution system. In this paper, we introduced the formation and the microbial community characteristics of biofilm in the drinking water dis- tribution system. The life style of the pathogenic bacteria, initial attachment and subsequent proliferation of parasitism or "living" on the biofilm were discussed in detail. The contribution of biofilm as a precur- sor to disinfection by-products (DBPs) formation was research prospect relative to biofilm was proposed in also reviewed in this research.
