摘要
采用不同的模具预热温度、始锻温度和终锻温度对Cu-Zn基汽车同步器齿环进行了锻造,并进行了磨损性能和冲击性能的测试与分析。结果表明:在试验条件下,随模具预热温度从200℃升高至300℃、始锻温度从720℃升高至800℃或终锻温度从590℃升高至710℃,齿环的磨损性能和冲击性能均先提高后下降。Cu-Zn基汽车同步器齿环的最佳工艺参数为:模具预热温度275℃、始锻温度780℃、终锻温度690℃。
Cu-Zn-based automobile synchronizer gear rings were forged by using different die preheating temperature, initial forging temperature and finial forging temperature. And the wear resistance and impact property were tested and analyzed. The results show that under test conditions, with die preheating temperature increasing from 200 ℃ to 300 ℃, initial forging temperature increasing from 720 ℃ to 800 ℃ or finial forging temperature increasing from 590 ℃ to 710 ℃, both wear resistance and impact property of the gear rings firstly increase and then decrease. The optimum technological parameters of Cu-Zn-based automotive synchronizer gear rings are die preheating temperature of 275 ℃, initial forging temperature of 780 ℃and finial forging temperature of 690 ℃.
