摘要
针对H13钢温挤压模具型腔开裂失效现象,指出开裂的原因是由扩展的裂纹延伸造成的,从材料金属组织、热处理工艺、模具结构以及模具工作温度等方面探讨和剖析了裂纹产生的原因,提出了控制和预防措施,提高了H13钢模具的使用寿命。
Fissuring failure may occur when H13 steel is applied to warm extrusion die cavity. The analysis shows the failure comes from growth and spreading of crack. Control and preventive mea- sures were proposed after an analysis on the cracking causes involving metal structure, heat treatment process, die structure and temperature.
