摘要
组合楼板施工时,由于种种原因,压型板难以形成一个完全密封的空间结构,混凝土施工过程中难免会出现漏浆问题,工程质量和观感受到严重影响。主要通过改良压型板加工及施工工艺,从施工工序入手加强工艺要求及过程管控来有效降低或消除混凝土施工过程中漏浆的频率,从而达到提高组合楼板施工质量的目的。
Due to various reasons,it is difficult to form a completely sealed space structure in the construction of composite floor slab. In the process of concrete construction,the problem of grout leakage is inevitable,and the quality and view of the project are seriously affected. This paper is mainly through the improvement of plate processing and construction process,from the construction process to strengthen the process requirements and process control to reduce or eliminate the frequency leakage of concrete in the construction process,so as to improve the quality of the purpose of composite floor construction.
