摘要
钢筋桁架自承式楼板的构成是将钢筋加工成钢筋桁架,并将钢筋桁架与压型钢板焊接连接成一体的组合楼板。其自身具有足够的刚度及强度,铺设后不需另行搭设支撑,省去了支模、拆模的工序。同时钢筋形成桁架,替代部分楼板钢筋,减少了现场钢筋绑扎量,具有节约成本、加快工期等特点。重点介绍了楼承板施工节点深化设计,以及楼承板与钢结构构件(钢梁、箱形柱等)、混凝土构件(剪力墙、梁、板等)的连接节点构造。经验算,楼承板刚度、强度均满足要求。
Steel bar truss self-supporting floor is the combination floor which makes steel bar process into steel truss and connects steel truss with the pressed steel plate through welding. It has sufficient stiffness and strength, which is laid without arranging support in advance, and eliminates the need for the process of formwork and form removal. At the same time, the truss which is made of steel bar replace part of the floors' steel bar, which reduces the amount of steel banding in construction site, saves costs and speeds up the construction progress. The detailed design for self-supporting floor, the connection structures of self-supporting floor with steel components including steel beam, box-shaped column, etc. and concrete components including shear wall, beam, slab etc. are introduced in detail. By checking, the stiffness and strength of self-supporting floor can meet requirements.
