摘要
国际直接投资的本质是以资本为载体的生产要素的国际流动,是全球化经济的资源配置,跨国公司投资理论中普遍具有的要素观证明了这一点。要素流动是全球化经济的本质特征,对世界经济增长起着关键作用,也是新兴经济体发展战略及其升级的核心。从贸易自由化向投资自由化发展是全球化前进的方向,当前出现的全球化逆转思潮可部分归因于投资贸易融合下国际收益分配的复杂化,为了有效应对这一趋势,应积极推进全球投资治理的国际合作。
This article brings up an innovative theory that the international flow of production factors is the essential characteristics of foreign direct investment. Foreign direct investment also promote resource allocation in globalized economy. The international flow of production factors is also the essential feature of the globalized economy and plays a key role in the world economic growth. What＇s more, it is the core of the development and upgrading of emerging economies. Nowadays investment liberalization is the direction of development of globalization, the complication of benefits international distribution is the significant reason of de-globalization. Facing with this serious situation, we need to promote international cooperation in global investment governance.
