摘要
目的:观察中药汤剂联合针灸治疗肩周炎的疗效。方法:选取肩周炎患者108例,随机分为对照组和观察组各54例。对照组给予针灸治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予自制的中药汤剂,3个疗程后,比较两组疗效、治疗前后Neer肩关节功能评分。结果:观察组总有效率明显高于对照组,治疗后两组疼痛、功能、活动范围、解剖项目评分均明显高于治疗前,观察组明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组患者均未出现明显不良反应。结论:中药汤剂联合针灸治疗肩周炎的效果较好,可快速改善患者肩关节功能,且安全性较佳。
Objective To study the effect of combination of Chinese medicine and acupuncture in the treatment of periarthritis of shoulder. Methods 108 periarthritis of shoulder patients were divided into control group and observation group , each 54 cases, at random. Patients in control group were given acupuncture therapy, observation group were given traditional Chinese medicine we ourselves designed on the basis of the control group, After 3 sessions, comparing two groups of curative effect, Neer shoulder joint function score between the two groups before and after treatment. Results the total effective of observation group was obviously higher than that of control group, scores of pain, function, scope of activities, anatomical project of two groups after treatment were significantly higher than those before treatment, those of observation group were significantly higher than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant; neither group showed significant adverse reactions. Conclusion Effect of combination of Chinese medicine and acupuncture in the treatment of periarthritis of shoulder was better, can rapidly improve the patients＇shoulder joint function, and the safety was better.
