翟镇煤矿原采用架线电机车运输方式,存在触电伤人、容易产生火花引起事故等安全隐患,制约了矿井生产能力的提升,也直接影响到矿井运输安全效益和经济效益,迫切需要高效、安全、方便快捷的新型运输方式来替代现有设备,为减少矿井生产成本投入,在保证运输效率不下降的前提下,研究投入使用蓄电池电瓶车,且有一种水平较高的充电技术来保障电机车的运行,达到大巷运输安全、高效、经济的运行效果。
