摘要
我国煤炭资源储量丰富多样,多埋藏于地表以下,需掘井开采。提升机成为了矿井运输的重要设备之一。提升机担负着地表和井下设备材料的运输工作,其可靠性至关重要。为优化提升机性能,对提升机的控制系统进行技术改造。本文从提升机低压配电系统、控制系统、监控系统等方面进行阐述。
China's coal resources reserves is rich and diverse, and many buried below the surface, for mining wells. Hoist has become one of the important equipments in mine transportation. The hoist is responsible for the transportation of surface and downhole equipment and materials, and its reliability is critical. In order to optimize the performance of the hoist, the control system of the hoist is reconstructed. In this paper, the hoist, low voltage distribution system, control system, monitoring system and other aspects are expounded.
